Support
While all new developments come with the option of an ongoing service arrangement, your existing software needs also need to be looked after. esie's support packages offer remote and on-site service and support for all your software needs.
Remote Support
For clients with a Broadband Internet connection and/or in-house IT expertise sufficient to work through problems over the phone we offer a remote support option. This is attractive to clients who need immediate response to support requests and don't want the personalised service of an on-site visit.
Remote support is charged at $12 per 15mins (or part thereof).
On-Site Support
For support issues that cannot be solved remotely, esie Solutions offers an on-site support service. This is particularly useful for residential clients, and small businesses that don’t have IT expertise or the capacity for a remote support connection.
At this stage this service is only available to our Melbourne based clients.
On-Site visits are charged an initial call-out fee of $49 which includes the first 30mins work, then $49 for each additional hour (or part thereof).
Service Centre
Clients can also return their systems to our Preston Service Centre for servicing.
We offer set prices for the following work:

| All other work | $49 per hour |
A range of hardware and software is also available for purchase from our service centre.
